Stunning 2 Bed Apartrment on Roda Golf

Overview:
The penthouse, located on the 2nd floor of this purpose built complex with lift access, is south-facing with balcony and also a large roof terrace & built-in charcoal BBQ & outdoor shower, with nice views of the golf course and pool. It has air-conditioning, excellent wifi and central-heating during cooler months.

The front door leads into the lounge/dining area, off which are the fully fitted kitchen and a corridor to the two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Patio doors from the lounge area lead on to an outside terrace with dining table and chairs, which overlooks the community swimming pool and landscaped gardens with a split level staircase leading to the magnificent roof terrace.

One en-suite bedroom with a queen-size bed and second bedroom with twin beds and separate shower room. In addition there is a sofa bed in the living room.

There is a flat-screen smart TV & DVD player with Netflix, Amazon Prime, You Tube etc, plus several English, German and Spanish channels available.

The kitchen has all the usual fixtures and appliances, including a pod coffee machine, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher.

Upstairs is the magnificent roof terrace, accessed by a split level staircase. This covers more or less the same floor area as the inside of the apartment, so there is plenty of space! Up here you will find a built-in charcoal BBQ, dining table for 6 under a pergola, 4 sun loungers, corner sofa, lighting, power points and outdoor shower. This is a wonderful place to enjoy the sunshine during the day and then watch the sun go down over the mountains whilst enjoying a glass or two of something cold and delicious. The apartment also comes with secure underground car parking which is a must in the summer months for keeping your car cool (Please ask at time of booking if you would like access - €50 refundable security deposit for the remote control payable in resort).

Guest Access:
The shared gardens have a selection of swimming pools (2 that you have access to) and are beautifully maintained. There are also several playgrounds for younger children dotted around the resort, plus you can access tennis & padel courts, close to the golf club. There is a gym situated near the clubhouse also with many pay as you go classes on offer. The beach club is located on La Manga strip and can be accessed by car or by taking the boat across the Mar Menor. The public beaches are a few minutes drive away with free parking. Lots of good quality supermarkets and restaurants within two or three minutes drive. There is also a great Spanish restaurant in the Roda Clubhouse.
