Roda Golf — right outside your door
It would be rude not to start with the home course. Roda's own 18-hole, par-72 layout winds through the resort and is a genuinely enjoyable test, with water in play on a number of holes and well-kept greens. For residents and guests it's the easiest golf you'll ever play — roll out of your villa and you're on the first tee. See the full picture on our golf courses page.
Mar Menor Golf Resort
A Jack Nicklaus Signature design just up the road, Mar Menor is a popular choice for a first away-day. It's forgiving off the tee in places but asks real questions around the greens, and the resort facilities make for a comfortable morning's golf followed by lunch.
La Torre & El Valle
Two of the well-loved Polaris World courses, both Nicklaus designs. La Torre is famed for its consistently excellent condition and is a fair but rewarding test; El Valle has a more dramatic feel, framed by the surrounding hills, with several holes that stick in the memory. Either makes an ideal second or third round of a trip.
La Manga Club
The grand old name of Spanish golf. La Manga Club's three full courses — the North, South and West — have hosted professional events for decades and remain the headline act of the region. The South is the big championship layout; the North is shorter and more about precision; the West is tighter and tree-lined. A round here is a must for any serious golfing trip to Murcia.
Hacienda del Álamo
One of the longest courses in the region and a favourite of golfers who like to open their shoulders. With a well-regarded academy and wide-open fairways, it's a great place to play if you want to find your rhythm early in the week.
